The post-investment phase is when the business strategies that informed the transaction must be executed and the expected ROI must be realised. This may often involve the difficult task of integrating technologies and processes to realise expected gains in efficiency and cost reduction.

If our pre-investment Information Audit has been undertaken it will already have highlighted risks that need to be addressed and opportunities that can be exploited in the post-investment environment. Our post-investment service portfolio can then be selectively deployed to ensure that these risks and opportunities are addressed through an optimised change programme that supports the realisation of planned investment goals.
