The philosophy behind Clarity is simple. It consists of a set of fixed function analysis tools. In each case we’ve used our knowledge and experience to capture the underlying complexities of the decision making process and incorporate them into a focused analysis engine. You provide the engine with data about your business through a structured questionnaire and the engine provides the answer – quickly and simply. Furthermore, you don’t even need to worry about the complexity, you just concentrate on the result. And, you don’t need an expensive consultant to hold your hand.

Clarity tools are designed to be self-help. They are delivered in the form of downloadable applications which guide you through a series of focused questions. You simply select the answers most relevant to your organisation. Where you need input from other knowledge holders, you can use the tool as the nucleus for discussion. You can even try “what-if?” scenarios on the fly to help model your organisation correctly.
As you answer the questions the data are automatically analysed and the results immediately displayed in a highly accessible graphical format.
